👉 No, I advise you on the best options for your needs, but you are responsible for your reservations.
3. What types of trips do you offer?
👉 Solo, couples, families, adventure, luxury, road trips, ecotourism… I customize your trip according to your expectations.

4. How much do your services cost?
👉 My services are offered by quote based on the complexity of the trip and specific requests.
5. How do I pay for my support?
👉 Payment is possible via bank transfer, PayPal, or other secure methods.
6. Are there any hidden fees?
👉 No hidden fees, everything is transparent. The fee covers only my expertise and advice.

7. How does it work?
- You fill out a form to detail your travel plans.
- We have an initial exchange (email or call).
- I will send you a detailed travel plan within a few days/weeks.
8. How far in advance should I contact you?
👉 Ideally, 1 month before a major trip, but I can also accommodate urgent requests.
🔹 Cancellation & Modifications
9. Can I change my itinerary after receiving the plan?
👉 Yes, minor changes are allowed. Before sending you the final plan, I’ll send you a mock-up so you can approve it.
10. Can I cancel and get a refund?
👉 Yes, cancellation is possible before the search begins, and you will receive a full refund.
👉 If the travel plan is still being developed, a partial refund may be granted based on the work already completed.
👉 Once the plan is finalized and submitted, no refunds will be possible.
👉 In cases of force majeure, a credit note valid for one year may be offered.
